Description

TSMGI (The Specialized Marketing Group, Inc.) is a sports, event and promotional marketing company, specializing in brand-enhancing programs that embrace creativity, innovation, and excitement. This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of planning, communicating and executing assigned client's sports marketing programs and special events.

This position requires a high degree of organization, attention to detail, excellent communication, fiscal responsibility, and the ability to learn the client's brand and business strategies in order to enable effective sports and event marketing programming. Primary responsibilities are to work as a team and support the Account Supervisor on behalf of TSMGI’s client and their official sponsored properties (currently professional basketball and baseball), as well as activation and execution of specified marketing programs.

University of Wisconsin Athletics: Fall 2017 Customer Service Representative

The Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office is looking for energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented students to provide outstanding customer service to supporters of Wisconsin Athletics. Interest in college athletics is preferred and representatives must be available to work all seven home football games. Good problem solving, communication and computer skills are essential. Candidates must be team-oriented, reliable, well-organized, adaptable and able to work in a high paced environment. Scheduling is flexible and duties include, but are not limited to; phone and in-person athletic ticket sales and customer service, complimentary ticket administration at athletic events and concerts, data entry, filing, and preparing mailings.
