Internship Opportunity: The Cincinnati Bengals

A message from former SBC board member Steven Hudy---


The Cincinnati Bengals have recently expanded their New Media department.  We are currently looking for interns on a semester long basis, the first starting in late July with training camp and ending during winter break.  The position is paid hourly, but is limited to 30 hours a week.

The position would offer experience in the growing field of new digital media  and offers hands on experience in both video production and graphic design for Bengals.com and the Cincinnati Bengals' social assets.

Ideal candidates will meet the following qualifications:

-Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop 
-Prior professional level video camera experience (i.e. Panasonic AG AC-160A)
-Ability to oversee a project from start to finish 
-Excellent time management skills
-The flexibility to work non-traditional work hours (projects may require work outside of 9-5 on M-F)
-Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and be a team player
-Possess great creativity and problem solving skills
-Strong attention to detail

Other preferred experience and skills:

-Experience using a DSLR camera
-Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects
-Knowledge to properly light a shoot
-Basic understanding of football
-Any web design experience

PGA- Summer Volunteer Opportunity



They are sponsoring the hole in one contest at Summerfest this year and are looking for volunteers who want to help work our booth throughout the festival.  The work would entail getting people to register for tickets and handing out championship information.  In exchange the volunteer would recieve a free ticket to Summerfest (which includes the opportunity to stay well after your shift is over), great parking and a free tee shirt.  They're looking for 3-4 people each day of the Festival (June 25-29 & July 1-6) to work from either 12PM-4PM or 4PM-8PM.
